Crystal Spire: Idle Defense · Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what information Crystal Spire: Idle Defense ("the game") collects, why, and what choices you have. The game is published by TechBene ("we").
| Information | Why we collect it | Who processes it |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous account ID (a random identifier created on first launch) | To keep your saved game and leaderboard scores tied to you | Supabase (our backend host) |
| Game progress: gold, upgrades, talents, best wave, mission progress, settings | Cloud save, so progress survives between sessions | Supabase |
| Player name you choose, and tournament scores | Shown to other players on the weekly tournament leaderboard | Supabase |
| Purchase records (product, transaction ID, store) | To deliver and restore what you bought | Apple App Store or Google Play, and Supabase |
| Advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions | To show rewarded ads, limit how often they repeat, measure them and prevent fraud | Google AdMob |
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. Payments are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details.
Ads appear only when you choose to watch one for a reward. They are served by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and your choices, Google may use your advertising identifier to show personalized ads. For details see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Your player name is visible to other players. Please do not use your real name or other personal information. Names that are offensive may be rejected or reset.
Saved games and scores are kept while your guest account exists. Because the account is anonymous and stored on your device, uninstalling the game removes your access to it. You can ask us to delete the account and everything linked to it at any time (see below).
You can ask us to give you a copy of, correct or delete the information linked to your account. Send a request to the address below and include the player name shown in Settings, so we can find your account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our backend is hosted in the United States. Google and the app stores process information in the countries where they operate.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the game.
