Common questions

I bought something and did not receive it

Open Shop or Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the receipt from the App Store or Google Play.

How do I change my player name?

Open Settings, type a new name (3 to 16 letters, digits or underscores) and tap Save.

How do I turn off sound?

Open Settings and tap the Sound and music switch.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

If you are in a region where consent is required, open Settings and tap Privacy options. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in the system Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

How do I delete my data?

Email us with your player name and we will delete your account and everything linked to it.
